Project in Corona del Mar

The structure was a small split level Californian ranch style built in 1954.

Architectural design by Brandon Architects and developed by CdM Homes.

This was a new construction project in Corona del Mar. The luxury 4-Bedroom home is perched on Buck Gully canyon featuring commanding panoramic Pacific Ocean and Catalina Island views.

We designed the space with our signature Organic Contemporary style. Furthermore, we used lots of real wood, Calacatta marble, volcanic stone and many other natural materials. The finished product is indeed a modern home with newest technologies, high-end furniture and above all, luxurious materials sourced from Italy.

Interior Design Project in Corona del Mar

When we started the project it had very dated traditional look and style from the early 90’s. It had less than optimal floor plan and available build-able square footage.

We redesigned the traditional look from early 90’s into our signature Organic Contemporary style. In this instance our clients prioritized light color scheme and high quality furniture. The space had originally only 2-Bedrooms due to poor usage of space. We optimized the space and used available additional square footage resulting in a spacious 4-Bedroom with ample light in a contemporary open floor plan. Check out the photos before and after!
