Corona del Mar’s only luxury bachelor pad, designed by Brana Designs. A vision, brought to life.
It began in 2021 when a successful young entrepreneur bought his first home amid a sea of coastal suburban family homes. Inspired to transform the existing farmhouse into a modern bachelor pad with all amenities imaginable for work and entertaining with friends & family, the owner sought out Brana Designs. His vision was to create an interior that transcended the sleepy suburban aesthetic and, instead, became a modern loft with personal touches and bespoke details.
In just five months, Helena Brana turned the farmhouse into a fully-curated, contemporary, one-of-a-kind home appointed with luxury amenities. The interior design incorporated the client’s favorite shades of blues, blacks, and grays as well as European furnishings, sophisticated styling, custom statement pieces and commissioned artwork crafted to entertain, soothe or energize, depending on the placement.
This Corona del Mar project was recently featured on the 48th Annual Corona del Mar Home Tour in the company of six other traditional and soft-contemporary showcase homes. Brana Designs was thrilled to hear feedback from guests who noted how much fun it must be to live there and how refreshing it was to see a decisive break from typical Newport Beach design.
