TradeWind Fusion I Contemporary Coastal Residence in Newport Beach

Designed as a contemporary coastal residence, Tradewind Fusion layers expressive natural stone, warm oak, sculptural forms, and carefully integrated lighting into an atmosphere of understated luxury. Every space was thoughtfully composed to evoke comfort while expressing a strong architectural identity, where materiality becomes the defining element of the home.

Created for a wonderful Newport Beach family as their forever home, the project was guided by a shared commitment to enduring quality and exceptional craftsmanship. With the intention of creating a home that would stand the test of time, every material, detail, and finish was carefully considered and executed with longevity in mind.
